There are an unlimited number of factors/things that affect your health.

You may think you know all about these factors.  The truth is you are missing most of the things that affect your health.  All of these hidden factors could present a significant danger to your health.

The main thing about these factors is that you can do something about them.  You can reduce their threat to your health.

These factors have nothing to do with doctors and hospitals.  The factors come from the actions of organizations such as government, non-profit entities, and businesses, and from individuals.  Some of these factors affect the cost of health care.

There is so much you do not know about protecting your health.

To learn about these factors and ameliorate them, you will have to become involved and take action.

The Biggest Health Danger

leave a comment »

What is the biggest danger to your health?

The government.

The government is doing everything it can to limit how much health care providers receive for their services.  At the same time, it is continuously increasing the amount of bureaucracy for the health care industry.  Everyone thinks this is very good as it should control health care costs.  It will; but only for those with government paid health care.  More good news?  NO!  What will happen is quite different.  Two things will happen:  non-government patients will pay for some of the government patients costs, and health care providers will refuse to accept government payments.  The first raises health care costs for non-government patients.  The second limits available health care for government patients.

People keep calling for more government regulation.  They think this will help.  Well it will not.  Why?  More and more government regulation will lead to socialized medicine.  This is good, right?  It will mean that costs will be controlled?  Yes, but it will significantly limit the amount of health care available while at the same time greatly reducing the quality of care available.

So, as you lay dying in the hospital; there will either be no doctor or a doctor without the ability to heal you.  Maybe there will not even be a hospital for you.  Oh, by the way, your taxes will be much higher.

Is this what you want for you and your family?

Hopefully, NOT.

Like everything in life, you cannot rely on others, you must become involved and take action.  Government is not the answer.
