Assembly line medicine is when each patient is treated as an item on the assembly line. Injured patients enter one door and go through a many step process and exit through another door with long waits between each patient. Medicine will be a monopoly of the government for most people. Those willing to pay full price will have quality care, while the rest will get whatever the government gives them. The top notch doctors will be in private(non-governmental practice) while the mediocre and incompetent doctors will work for the government.
This is the key factors of socialized medicine.
This is the kind of medicine that people seem to want. So, guess what? This is the direction health care is going. All in the name of lower health care costs. Except after the government takes over, health care costs will rise even higher and faster.
This means more ill health and lower longevity with higher prices.
Is this what you want?
The facts no one wants to read.
Comments and referrals to this blog would be greatly appreciated.
