There seems to be some controversy about salt in food.

Some think salt is a seasoning.


Salt is a preservative.

Look on any label of processed food; if it lists salt(more than a minimal amount), it

—  has preservatives

—  is not organic

—  is not good for you

Your body only needs a minimal amount of salt; this salt is naturally in the foods you eat.

Salt from a shaker could be considered seasoning.

You cannot drink salt water.

Why eat salt food?



The facts no one wants to read.
