Lead in Your Drinking Water

leave a comment »

Everyone has heard about the toxic metals in the drinking water in Flint, Michigan.

One of the toxic metals has been measured at double what the Environmental Protection classifies as hazardous waste.

It is lead — and it’s not just in the drinking water in the Midwest.

According to the CDC, communities across the country actually have even higher rates of lead poisoning than Flint.  And that is just what we know of, because many states do not even submit data to the federal government.

Just another in a long line of government incompetence and corruption killing you; instead of protecting you.

In Flint or anywhere else, will a government official be executed or even fined for crimes against humanity?

And if all these headlines about Flint have got you worried about your own drinking water, install a filter that is certified to remove lead.  A good reverse-osmosis filter installed where the water enters your home (called “point of entry”) or at the tap (“point of use”) will clear out not only dangerous levels of lead, but also lots of other toxins and chemicals, like chlorine.

The facts no one wants to read.

If the facts make you mad, it could be the truth hurts.
