Everyone thinks salt is a seasoning.

WRONG!

Salt is a chemical preservative.

Yes, people need a minimal amount of salt.

You can get this amount from salt naturally contained in food.

No additional salt is necessary.

People get addicted to the taste of salt.

No salt, no taste.

Some sources tell you sea salt is better; it is still salt.

Salt is a chemical preservative.

Food manufacturers/processors add huge amounts of salt to food solely as a preservative.

Like all preservatives, salt is poisonous.

Salt damages your health.

Eat less salt.

A lot less.

 

 

The facts no one wants to read.

If the facts make you mad, it could be the truth hurts.
